Elopements

Intimate and Secluded Southern Kentucky Elopement

December 11, 2019

Take me to the Mountains..

No literally. Do it. And elope there.

M + S have two of the purest hearts. They have the same adventurous heart as I do and I’m so glad they reached out to have me document their day.

What I love most about this entire elopement is that M + S only had 5 people with them including me. It was so nice to get to know each and every one of them on a more personal level.

I still get goosebumps thinking about this day because it was truly magical.

Sarah and Curtis (the two sitting in the pews laughing) knew exactly where to go after the ceremony to enjoy the beauty of southern Kentucky.

We were able to see mountains as far as the eye could see. They even informed us that we were looking at three different states at once.
Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia – it was breathtaking.
We stood in silence for a few minutes taking everything in. Everything was still. In that moment I remember looking out into the distance then taking a quick look back at Mary and Steve. I noticed Mary set her head on Steve’s shoulder glowing with happiness. You could tell she had everything she needed.
