When they reached out to me to be their Charleston engagement photographer, I couldn’t help but get so excited. Charleston is truly on of my favorite places! Folly Beach is the perfect spot for a fun engagement sesion because not only does it offer a legendary golden hour sunset, but you’ll also have stunning Atlantic views and six miles of pure sandy beach to roam! Plus, Folly Beach isn’t too far from historic downtown Charleston. We could always do part of your engagement session on the beach, and then head downtown to get some stunning pictures on the Charleston cobblestone streets!

Mavin and Tyler brought along their sweet pup to their engagement session. He was the cutest little thing! It was so funny watching him chase Mavin and Tyler around while taking photos. He was even wearing the cutest “my humans are getting married” dog onesie! I always love when my couples decide to bring their fur babies to our sessions! These two had such a blast running around in the sand during golden hour. We decided on meeting at the beach for photos and there weren’t too many people there making it even better.
