Fun-Filled Fort Wayne Wedding

Bride and groom Fort Wayne wedding photos downtown

McKenzie and Steven wanted one thing for their Fort Wayne wedding – to LIVE in the moment and have fun with their guests. I think it’s safe to say that’s exactly what they got, but I’ll let you be the judge of that. Keep scrolling to see more from this couple’s fun-filled wedding celebration in Indiana.

McKenzie & Steven’s Lively Fort Wayne Wedding

A few months ago I got to shoot McKenzie and Steven’s engagement photos in Indiana. The three of us had such a blast getting to know each other during the session and, as their wedding day approached, they told me that they wanted to experience similar vibes for their big day.

The couple held their celebration at a historic downtown Fort Wayne wedding venue. They chose a boho theme mixed with industrial vibes which matched the venue perfectly. While they did incorporate a few intentional details, the day was mostly centered around their experience with their guests.

The Ultimate Wedding Planning Checklist

One of the things I was most impressed with about this Fort Wayne wedding was the level of detail and organization that went into the day. McKenzie had an entire BINDER of wedding information that included timelines for each individual, vendor information, contracts, and more! This level of preparation helped them relax on the day of, knowing that everything had been taken care of in advance.

I shared a sneak peek of the binder on my Instagram account which you can check out here. This binder was such a hit that McKenzie decided to sell the template on Etsy. If you’re an engaged couple, keep your eyes out for her resource to launch soon!

I absolutely loved getting to be a part of McKenzie and Steven’s Fort Wayne wedding. Seeing them focus the day on their love for each other and keeping fun at the center of it all was so incredible to witness!
