The love you’re not embarrassed or scared to show. The love you undeniable express to the world. The love you call home.
Lacey and Nicole are two peas in a freakin’ pod. The moment they told me they were eager to hang out with me downtown Huntington at the annual fair, I knew we were in for a great time.
These two love birds were down for anything. Even sitting in the middle of the fair as people were walking and dodging us left and right. I can’t tell you how many people were looking at us like we were sore thumbs, but honestly it was the most freeing thing to me.
To be in a place so busy and packed full of people while being in my element, was like an adrenaline rush. I had never been in front of that many people (aside from a wedding — but lets be real here, the people at those weddings, aren’t there to look at me anyways). I told L & N that it was weird for me to be this nervous. Don’t get me wrong I’m always catching the case of butterflies before every session I get but it was nothing compared to downtown.

I remember saying “holy crap, everyone I look at is looking at us..” both of them just laughed, looked at each other and said “who cares!” and then we all laughed together and kept doing our thing.
How amazing is it to love so fearlessly to broadcast it without hesitation in front of so many strangers!? Hats off to these two because they don’t give a shit about anything or anyone but each other and I’m just back here behind the scenes cheering them on, forever.

As the night started to settle down, we walked a block or two over to notice that the car show had been cleaned out leaving hardly anything on the main strip of Huntington. So why not take advantage?! These images, are definitely a few of my faves of the night.
