Alli and Nick’s downtown Detroit engagement session was a dream! We had so much fun walking around and finding some beautiful backdrops for photos. These two have such a sweet love, it was a joy to capture a small part of their relationship. The excitement during an engagement session is what makes them some of my favorite sessions to photograph. The couples are always just over the moon and ready to spend the rest of their lives together. It is always a wonderful moment and I am so happy I get to be a part of it.
As a photographer, I love shooting engagement sessions in downtown areas. There is something so special about capturing the couple in an urban setting, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s a great way to find quirky backdrops and interesting locations that help to tell the couple’s story.
