Taylor and AJ’s Kruse Plaza wedding in Auburn, Indiana, was both elegant and so fun! I captued their ‘Metea Park Engagement Photos in Indiana‘ the summer before, so I loved getting to see them again for their wedding day!
The venue, conveniently located right off of I-69, also serves as a car auction site—perfect for AJ to show off his white Chevy Corvette in the venues soft box! Taylor and AJ truly personalized their wedding day. They day showcases how you can make your wedding unique by bringing special props like YOUR OWN CAR! It’s probably every mans dream, right? To show off his car on his wedding day! It definitely added something special to Taylor and AJ’s day!
Details, Getting Ready, & First Touches
The day began with Taylor and AJ getting ready separately at Kruse Plaza. Taylor and her bridesmaids got ready in one of the venues spacious bridal suites, which offered so much room for the entire party. I loved the color scheme! It was the perfect transition from summer to fall for the bridesmaids dresses!
AJ and his groomsmen got ready in the grooms lounge where they played pool! Before the ceremony, Taylor and AJ shared a sweet first touch and exchanged personal vows with one another!
An Indoor Kruse Plaza Wedding Ceremony in The Ballroom
Taylor and AJ’s Kruse Plaza wedding ceremony was held inside The Ballroom, which is a 20,000 square-foot open-concept space. Since they hadn’t share a first look, this was the first time they saw each other, and you could definitely feel the emotions from both of them! The ceremony was sweet, and the setting was perfect, with a beautiful overhead chandelier and marketplace lights!
Wedding Party & Bride and Groom Portraits in The Hangar
After the ceremony, we captured a few portraits of the entire bridal party and then took portraits of Taylor and AJ in The Hangar of Kruse Plaza. We also got portraits of Taylor and AJ with their white Chevy Corvette, which made for the perfect prop for some unique and cool wedding portraits!
An Indoor Kruse Plaza Wedding Reception in The Ballroom
The Ballroom was transformed from the wedding ceremony space into a stunning wedding reception! I loved the decor for Taylor and AJ’s wedding—it was elegant, minimal, and really emphasized the neutral tones and details!
Taylor and AJ’s reception was filled with great speeches and tons of dancing! These two really know how to celebrate with their people, and it was so fun getting to capture their Kruse Plaza wedding!
